Luna Ranch will be a groundbreaking community with one of a kind amenities. In our community you will be able to live the country life with modern day pleasures. Our facility will have a covered and garaged parking areas and Smart Home solutions. Plenty of green spaces have been planned out for families, a dog park and water station for both residents and our four legged friends throughout the complex. Enjoy a community smoker pit, a work out room, and a community garden with plots of land ready for you to try your hand at being a Texas Farmer. Co-working spaces and business centers are also part of our amenities for those working the new fashioned way.

Home's can be equipped with solar panels and Tesla Power Walls, smart lighting and home automation including Google Home, Amazon Alexa & SmartThings powered systems. Water collection systems are also available, essentially some of our home models will have the capabilities of being "off the grid" or self-sufficient for some time if equipped correctly. 

A la carte options for your backyard are also available in our container builds, from an outside bar to an outside kitchen or even a home office; these are all the perks of living at LunaRanch.
